I’ve always been a sucker for well painted miniatures so I’ve put my money where my mouth is and funded this on Indiegogo.
A high quality artbook showing a personal selection of miniature projects of Roman Lappat & Raffaele Picca including commentary and background information.
Just came across this tutorial.

Looks useful and timely, I’m looking to do some floristry.
I got some sponges from Tiger, nice bright colours and used a cheese grater. Will try using a microplane when GF brings one back from work.
I have to say that the microplane is fantastic.
I’m buggered if I am going to pay £5.50 for a glorified monthly catalogue. I rashly bought the last issue, thinking the the revamp might be worth a gander.
fifty one pages of adverts before the magazine proper started, and then another eighteen pages of info later on. A whole page devoted to Friendface?
Displaying models against a red background really doesn’t help. Call me an old traditionalist, but white works really well for me.
I’m going to wait a couple of months and then pick it up on Fleabay for a quid.
I’m rapidly approaching 50 and thought it was about time I started sharing with the world my lack of knowledge regarding toy soldiers.
